I have a BET plus premium subscription and I’m not able to watch a certain series
- - Paid $10.99/month for BET Plus Premium, but ads still appear.

I paid $10.99 a month for the BET plus premium subscription. It says With that you will not get ads yet.
I do still get ads! Also with my subscription Im supposed to be able to watch a particular series, thats not true either it will not allow me to watch what Im paying for and when I try to use the numbers to call to speak to someone you cannot. When they say go and chat with someone online, you get some other people that has nothing to do with BET+ asking for your personal information!!
I just wanna know what really am I paying for? Can someone please figure that out for me

User's recommendation: If you’re gonna do BET plus, just do the 599. You take it up to 1099 to eliminate the ads and you still have ads so I may as well just deal with the 599 monthly fee and receive the same thing that I’m already getting. . And the fact that you can’t talk to anyone yet they are quick to take your money but you’re not allowed to speak with a live representative or a chat with someone that’s truly from that company. I think it’s just outrageous.
